the area well and have a vast customer base, many of whom return year after
year to enjoy our cabins in the North Georgia Mountains.

convenient to major highways, yet in a small mountain-town atmosphere, we are
ideally located for weekend getaways as well as longer vacation stays, for
couples, families and groups.This is

Rentals is to provide our Owners with the best experience possible, at the best
value possible.We accomplish this by:
We handle all the details- advertising, sales, bookings, customer service,
accounting, sales tax, housekeeping, coordinating and conducting of
repairs, health department inspections, and routine maintenance, so you
can relax and have peace of mind.
We are constantly upgrading our
advertising- from online search marketing,
multiple websites, strategic partnering, social media, print ads, signage
and radio spots…we do all the legwork and fine tuning necessary to stay in
the spotlight and obtain the traffic and income your cabin deserves.
We have our own housekeeping
staff, trained to inspect and care
for your cabin, and make all guests feel welcome.Most repairs are completed by our
in-house staff, or with trusted local companies, so downtime and lost
rentals are minimal, and rates are competitive.
Each member of our management
staff has at least ten years of
experience in the Property Management, Hospitality, and Real
Estate/Contracting fields.We draw
upon that expertise daily to resolve issues and create opportunities to
improve bookings for the cabins on our program.Most of our staff has worked for Blue
Ridge Cabin Rentals for years, and our turnover rate is extremely low, so
you can rest assured your cabin is in professional, yet caring hands.
Cabin security- we have invested in the latest technology in the form
of electronic locks for all cabins, free of charge to the cabin
owner.Weconduct frequent inspections of cabins
between rentals, and regularly patrol all areas to ensure any issues are
resolved immediately.This
translates into peace of mind, especially since most owners live far away
from their rental properties.
Owners on our program have
access to our website free of charge,
and are able to book their cabin, check availability, and view their
monthly rental statements 24/7.Monthly checks are sent automatically to their bank accounts by the
10th of each month, for the prior month’s rentals.
We are responsive to our Owners- we will work
with you to continually improve your rental income.We have assisted our owners with décor,
remodeling, landscaping, and keeping amenities up to date so their cabin
will be presented in the best way possible and guests will want to return
again and again.We also know that
budgeting is very important in the recent economy, and so we lowered our fees andour commission structure in 2011.The success of our owners goes hand in
hand with our success, and we continually strive for ways to improve that
relationship.
